I provide therapeutic support to adults (18+) experiencing:

  • Anxiety or ongoing worry

  • Relationship difficulties (with partners, family, friends or at work)

  • Stress, burnout or work-related issues

  • Low mood or depression

  • Low self‑esteem or self‑confidence

  • Life changes or transitions

  • Issues around identity or life direction

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or others

  • A desire to understand yourself more deeply and find greater meaning in life

You do not need a clearly defined issue to come to therapy. Many people begin with a sense that something doesn’t feel right, or that they want change but aren’t sure where to start.
